6. Hosting and Content Management System (CMS)
Our website content is hosted and managed using the following provider:

Bitrix24 (Alaio, Inc., USA).
We use Bitrix24 based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR / Art. 7 IX LGPD) for lead and contact management. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA/AVV) with the provider to ensure compliance with data protection standards.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use technical (necessary) cookies and third-party cookies for analysis or marketing, subject to consent. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies. For a uniform display of fonts, this site uses Google Web Fonts.

8. Social Media Plugins (Shariff Solution)
To ensure data protection, we use the "Shariff" solution for social media elements (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). This prevents integrated social media elements from transmitting data to providers upon your first entry to the site. A direct connection to the provider's server is only established if you actively click the respective button (Consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Facebook & Instagram: Provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We are jointly responsible (Art. 26 GDPR) with Meta for the collection and transmission of data. The subsequent processing by Meta is not part of the joint responsibility.

9. Analytics and Tools
WP Statistics: We use WP Statistics (Veronalabs, Estonia) for statistical analysis. Data is stored exclusively on our own server with IP anonymization enabled.

YouTube: We embed YouTube videos (Google Ireland Limited) to provide an engaging user experience.

Calendly: We use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) for online scheduling. Data transfer to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the European Commission.

10. Security
The security of your information is important to us, and we take appropriate security measures to prevent loss or unauthorized access. However, given inherent risks, we cannot guarantee absolute security; you transmit information at your own risk.
